You Don't List Here.
You Earn Your Place.
Forge Exchange is the curated licensing ecosystem for certified sovereign agents. Access is earned through the Forge Aeon method — not purchased, not applied for, not bypassed. You prove your work first.
Not a Marketplace.
A Licensing Ecosystem.
The average AI marketplace is a commodity layer — anyone can list, buyers sort by price, the best work gets buried next to the cheapest imitation. Forge Exchange was built on a different premise.
Every agent in the Exchange is certified. Every builder passed through The Furnace. Every listing has an evidence package. When a buyer accesses an agent from Forge Exchange, they are accessing something that has been tested, documented, and cleared — not just described.
This is not a shortcut for builders. It is the legitimate long route — the one that produces work you can stand behind.
Why This Matters
How to Earn Exchange Access
Three stages. Each one is a prerequisite for the next. You don't apply to the Exchange — you demonstrate eligibility through the work.
Get Certified
Builder Certification from Forge Aeon is the entry requirement. Not a checkbox — a demonstrated credential. Pass The Furnace cohort, complete the OS Conductor course, earn your evidence package. Then you're eligible for certification review.
Build an Exchange-Eligible Agent
Not every agent qualifies for Exchange listing. An Exchange-eligible agent has a defined domain, a clean evidence package, a licensing-ready implementation, and clear value to buyers. You know what this looks like after certification — you built one in The Furnace.
Submit for Review
Submit your agent and evidence package to Forge Aeon for Exchange review. We evaluate fit, quality, domain coverage, and licensing structure. Approval is the beginning — listed builders work with Forge Aeon on positioning, pricing, and co-marketing from day one.
The path to Exchange access begins with one step — entering the Forge cohort. Everything else follows from the work you do there.
Apply to Enter the ForgeExchange Benefits
Being listed on Forge Exchange is not just a distribution channel. It is a position in an ecosystem designed to elevate the work of certified sovereign builders.
Qualified Visibility
Your agent reaches buyers who have already decided they want a certified sovereign agent — not a demo, not a prototype. The Exchange filters for quality intent before your agent is ever encountered.
Licensing Revenue Share
Builders retain ownership. The Exchange operates on a revenue-share licensing model. Your agent generates recurring income while you retain the intellectual property and can continue improving it.
Forge Aeon Co-Marketing
Listed builders are promoted alongside the Forge Aeon brand — in newsletters, community channels, case studies, and partner communications. Your certification is a co-credential with the platform.
Community Standing
Exchange listing is a status signal within the Forge Aeon builder community. It indicates that your work passed not just certification but the additional layer of Exchange curation — a rare position in the cohort.
Exchange Opens
When the Work Is Ready.
We will not open the Exchange with placeholder listings to look active. We will open it when the first cohort certifies and the first agents pass curation. What follows will be real — evidenced, tested, and listed with integrity. No fake reviews. No manufactured volume. A small Exchange that means something beats a large one that doesn't.
Exchange opens to the public when the first cohort certifies. We do not have a launch date because a launch date would imply we're moving on a schedule rather than on quality. The first agents listed here will have earned their place through the full process — Furnace, certification, and Exchange review. That takes the time it takes.
Licensing,
Not Selling.
When a buyer accesses your agent through Forge Exchange, they are entering a licensing agreement — not purchasing a product outright. You retain ownership. They get usage rights. The terms are defined up front, enforced by the Exchange framework, and reviewed by Forge Aeon before any listing goes live.
This matters for one reason: it prevents the commodification of your work. The moment you sell an agent outright in an open marketplace, you've lost control of how it's used, positioned, and priced against your own later work. Licensing preserves the value of what you built.
Earn Your Place
in the Exchange.
The path to Exchange access starts in The Furnace. Build a sovereign agent. Earn your evidence. Get certified. Then submit for Exchange review. The sequence exists for a reason — and following it is what makes a listing mean something.
// Exchange access requires Builder Certification. Certification requires The Furnace.
